Antes de escuchar la historia les hacemos alguna pregunta:
What season is it now in real life?
Which seasons can you see in the story?
How many children are there?
A continuación escuchan la historia y van siguiendo el texto escrito al mismo tiempo. Paramos el audio tras cada viñeta y les hacemos preguntas para comprobar que han comprendido, por ejemplo:
1. What are the children doing? A proyect about the seasons
Who is visiting the children? Beth's cousins
Where are they from? They're from America
2. Is the girl taking photos? Yes, she is
3. What happens to the tree? It has got flowers. Flowers grow in spring.
4. What season is it now? It's summer
How do you know? The tree has got green leaves
5. What colour are the leaves now? Brown and yellow.
Are there leaves on the floor? Yes. Many leaves are falling down, that's why in America they call the autumn "fall".
What are they picking from the floor? Chestnuts.
6. What season is it now? Winter
What's the weather like in the picture? It's cold.
7. Can they do their homework/project now? Yes, they can
8. Do you like the poster they make?

Tras ello completamos el apartado de "values", rellenando el bocadillo con la palabra "help".

Activity 1: tienen que leer los bocadillos y asignarles un número según el orden de la historia.

Hoy vamos a hacer la lectura de las páginas 62 y 63 del Pupil's Book ("The four seasons") y los ejercicios correspondientes del Activity Book (página 60)
